Do I have to register my machine for warranty?
AnswerYou don’t need to register for warranty. All machines purchased from authorised reseller in Singapore comes with 1 year limited product warranty (consumer). The warranty duration is 1 year from the purchase date and it covers manufacturing defects only. For warranty claim, simply provide the purchase receipt to our friendly support. This is not a service warranty, so it doesn’t cover any transportation.
